  • Every LEILI product is secured in high-density, reinforced export-grade packaging with custom wooden crating for fragile crystal components to prevent transit damage.

  •  Partners can track their consignments in real-time via our integrated logistics portal, providing full transparency from our manufacturing facility to your final destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

  •  Claims for manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence to initiate our expedited replacement process.

  •  For custom-made (Bespoke) orders, returns are generally not accepted due to the personalized nature of the design, unless a functional technical failure is identified.

  •  All authorized returns must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure the safety of the components and to facilitate a swift credit or exchange
